02How it works
From reservation to keys
Reserve
Hold your plot for 14 days with a refundable ₦1,000,000 fee while your lawyer checks the papers.
Sign and pay the deposit
Sign the contract of sale and pay the deposit by bank transfer to the named estate account.
Pay as it rises
Instalments fall due monthly. Each receipt comes with that month's photo report.
Receive your keys
After the final payment and completion of your phase, collect keys and your document folder.
Fees on top of the price
Legal and documentation fee of 5%, survey and plan fee of ₦650,000, and an infrastructure connection fee of ₦2,500,000. Example fees, all listed in your offer letter.
Where your money goes
Payments go to a dedicated estate account, separate from company operations, and are reported in your monthly statement.
If you need to stop
If you cannot continue, we resell your plot and refund what you paid, minus a 10% administration charge, within 90 days of the resale.
