Cedarleigh Estates was founded in Asaba in 2016 by engineers who were tired of estates sold on promises. We build roads before roofs and titles before sales.

01Our story
Started by builders, not land sellers
Our founders spent years as contractors on other people's estates. Too often the plots sold quickly and the roads never came.
In 2016 we bought our first parcel off Cedar Valley Road, waited eighteen months for the Certificate of Occupancy and only then opened sales. Phase 1 of Cedarleigh Gardens sold out in nine months, mostly to families referred by the first buyers.
Today we build two estates with our own site team of engineers, masons, electricians and plumbers. We still do things in the same order.

We sell homes, not investment schemes. You will never see a guaranteed yield in our brochures.

Every fee is in your offer letter. Service charges are set by the residents company, not by us, after handover.

A dated progress report every month, whether the news is good or slow.
