Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, for up to two months a year for travel or injury. Tell the desk a week ahead.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans run until you cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Can my driver book for me?
Add a second phone number to your account and the desk will accept bookings from it.
How do I pay each month?
Receivly takes the payment on the same date each month, by card or a bank transfer reminder.
