Most adults rally within two sessions. Here is what each week covers.

    Week 2: backhand

One or two hands, whichever feels natural.

  3. 03

    Week 3: serve

A simple serve that goes in, every time.

  4. 04

    Week 4: volleys

Getting to the net and finishing the point.

  5. 05

    Weeks 5 and 6: play

Scoring, doubles positions and a friendly match night with the other starters.
