About the terminals
Short answers.

Yes. Gate B serves all four terminals, with separate lanes for containers, bulk trucks and vehicle carriers.
Can one invoice cover several terminals?
Yes. Your account shows all charges together, and one Receivly payment can settle them.
Where do tankers berth?
At the energy jetty, which has its own safety zone and is not reached through the container yard.
