Are your fares refundable?
Flex refunds to card in 5 to 10 working days. Classic gives a credit voucher. Saver refunds taxes only.
Do children pay full fare?
Children from 2 to 11 pay 75 percent of the adult fare. Infants under 2 pay 10 percent on a lap.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, from Saver to Classic or Flex in My trips by paying the difference.
