How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer through Receivly, or USSD from any bank line.
Can I book for a group?
Groups of ten or more get a group fare. Ask the customer team.
Do you charge card fees?
No. The price you see includes everything.
Can I hold a fare?
The concierge can hold a seat for 15 minutes.
How do I change my date?
In My trips. Classic includes one free change and Flex unlimited changes.
Can I change the name?
Small spelling corrections are free. Name changes are not allowed.
What if Zenara cancels?
You choose another flight free or a full refund.
Refund times?
Card refunds take 5 to 10 working days.
Cabin bag size?
56 x 36 x 23 cm, up to 7 kg, plus a small handbag on Classic and Flex.
Extra bag price?
From ₦12,000 online, ₦22,000 at the airport.
Lost bag?
Report at the desk before you leave. Most bags reach you within 24 hours.
Food in bags?
Sealed and wrapped food is fine in checked bags.
When should I arrive?
90 minutes before domestic and 2 hours before international flights.
Which terminal?
Zenara uses the domestic terminal in Lagos for Nigerian flights and the international terminal for Accra, Cotonou and Lome (example).
Is there a lounge?
Yes, in Lagos. Free on Flex and Gold.

Free, from the kerb to your seat. Tell us 48 hours ahead.
