Answers within the hour, even in a power cut
Our lab runs on a 10kVA inverter with solar panels on the roof, so samples never sit waiting for the generator. Most blood and urine results are ready before you finish your coffee in the waiting room.

History first
We ask about food, behaviour, the home and anything you have noticed, before we touch your pet.
Nose to tail check
Eyes, ears, teeth, heart, lungs, tummy, joints, skin and weight, explained as we go.
Options, not orders
Where there is more than one route, we lay them out with costs so you can choose.
A plan in writing
You leave with notes, prices and any follow up dates, also sent to WhatsApp.

About our services
We hold four walk in slots every morning for poorly pets, but booking means less waiting. Routine vaccines and grooming are by appointment only.
Always. Your vet writes an estimate before any treatment, and calls you if anything changes once we start.
For end of life care and very nervous pets we offer home visits within Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki Phase 1. Example call out fee ₦25,000.
We provide itemised invoices and fill in claim forms for any pet insurer you use.
Book a calm, unhurried visit
Pick a time that misses the worst of the Falomo traffic. Morning slots from 8am, evening slots until 7pm, and a vet on the emergency line every night.
