Good to know
Plan questions
No. A plan covers planned, routine care. It does not pay for accidents or serious illness, though you do get a discount on that treatment. Many owners have both.
Yes, with 30 days notice. If you have used more care than you have paid for, we will ask you to settle the difference.
Your pet moves to the next plan automatically on their first or eighth birthday, and we let you know beforehand.
We send a WhatsApp reminder and give you seven days to pay by transfer before the plan pauses.
Each pet has their own plan, but the second and later pets get an example 10 percent off the monthly price.
