Questions owners ask us
Yes. In opening hours, call or walk in and we will triage you straight away. After 8pm, call the night line and a vet will talk you through what to do and meet you at the clinic if needed. Night call outs carry an example fee of ₦35,000 on top of treatment.
Dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs. For birds, reptiles and farm animals we will point you to a colleague who sees them every day.
Card, bank transfer or cash. For larger procedures we give a written estimate and take a deposit by transfer. Care plan members pay monthly by card or standing order.
Yes, eight shaded spaces in our own compound, and a security man who will help you carry a big dog in.
Of course. We email full records within one working day, and prepare travel health certificates with a week's notice.
