The tea and tonic pairing

Six pours built course by course with our tea supplier. Each one is brewed or fermented in house.

The cellar

The cellar pairing matches six wines to the Saffron nine, chosen for spice: off-dry whites, light reds and one sweet pour with the kulfi. It is served to guests aged 18 and over only, and we will always pour water alongside.

Our full cellar list holds about forty bottles, from ₦38,000. Your host can suggest a bottle for the table if you would rather not pair course by course.

FAQ

Pairing questions

Can half the table take a pairing?

Yes. Pairings are per guest, and we pour each guest's choice separately.

Can I bring my own bottle?

Yes, on Tuesdays to Thursdays, with corkage of ₦15,000 per bottle.

Is there sugar in the tonics?

Lightly. We sweeten with jaggery and honey and can make any pour unsweetened.
