Approvals before you arrive
Send your HMO card when you book. Our desk calls your HMO and tells you what is covered before the day, so there are no surprises at the till.

Timed clinic slots
Appointments run to the slot you chose, with a text if your consultant is running late. Most patients are seen within 20 minutes of arrival.

Results on the same visit
Routine bloods, ECG and ultrasound are often reported before you leave, so your doctor can plan with you rather than call you back.

One follow-up nurse
After discharge, a named nurse calls within 48 hours and stays your contact for questions about wounds, feeding or medicines.

Paying for care

We work with twelve health plans and accept bank transfer, card and corporate billing. Ask for a written estimate before any planned procedure.
HMO and insurance
Bring your card and a valid ID. We request authorisation codes while you wait, usually inside 30 minutes.
Self-pay estimates
Planned surgery and delivery packages come with a written estimate, valid for 30 days, payable by transfer or card.
Corporate accounts
Companies can register staff for monthly billing, annual health checks and a direct line to our corporate desk.
