05Questions

What do the ribs do?

They lock the bar into the concrete so the two act together. Our rib pattern is rolled into the last pass and checked on every heat.

Can it be welded?

B500B has controlled carbon equivalent and can be welded with the right procedure. Ask for our welding note.

How should I store it on site?

Off the ground on timber, covered if it will wait more than a few weeks. Light surface rust is normal and does no harm.
