How we test
From the mill to the crusher
Our laboratory at Moniya runs around the clock.
Every two hours
Fineness, chemistry and setting time from each mill.
Mortar prisms
Standard prisms crushed at 2, 7 and 28 days for every batch.
Outside checks
An independent laboratory tests random bags from the market every month.
Ready-mix quality
Cubes from your own pour
For ready-mix, we take three cubes from every second truck on your site. Results go to your account at 7 and 28 days, and to your consultant if you name one.
- Slump checked at the gate before discharge
- Batch tickets show cement, water and admixture weights
- Any failed cube triggers a core test at our cost

Check the code under the stitching, not the printed date. If it still fails, call the quality desk on +234 800 000 0148. It may be a fake bag.
Can I bring my own cubes?
Yes. The laboratory tests customer cubes for ₦6,500 a set of three, example rate.
Who do I call about a failed slab?
The quality desk sends an engineer within 48 hours, free of charge, to investigate.
