Living with a long-term condition is easier with someone who knows your history. On Silver, Gold and Senior, a Meridian nurse reviews your readings every three months, reminds you when a refill is due and arranges specialist visits when needed.
We never promise a cure. We help you stay on top of your care, with less waiting and less paperwork.
