Can I use a hospital that is not listed?

In an emergency, yes, anywhere in Nigeria on Gold, and the nearest hospital on other plans. For planned care, use the network.

What if a hospital refuses my card?

Call us on the emergency line. We will speak to them or send you to another place.

Can I suggest a clinic?

Yes. Tell us in the chat and we will invite them to apply.
