Safekeeping and oversight
Who holds your money, and who checks us
Clear separation is the foundation of trust: we manage, an independent custodian holds, a trustee watches and auditors check.
Structure
Four parties, one fund
Chooses investments within the fund rules.
Holds the assets and settles every trade.
Protects investors and checks prices.
Audits each fund every year.

Questions
About safekeeping
Fund assets belong to the fund, not to us, and are held by the custodian. The trustee would appoint a new manager or return the money to investors.
No. Payments out of a fund need the custodian and go only to investors' own bank accounts.
We follow Nigerian data protection law, store data encrypted and never sell it.
