Give your eyes an hour of warm light before bed. A paper book is ideal.
One full glass on waking. Dry season air takes more than you think.
Breathe in for four counts and out for six, ten times. Longer out-breaths tend to feel calming.
Ten slow minutes in the shade helps the afternoon slump.
Try a ginger and lemongrass infusion after 2pm.
Five minutes outside before 8am, even on a balcony in traffic.
Write to us
Each month we answer one guest question in the journal. Sleep after night shifts, eating well with a busy family, finding quiet in a noisy compound: ask anything that is not medical advice.
Your enquiry goes straight to the team's COVORN dashboard. A host will reply within two working hours, usually on WhatsApp. Example details for this demo.
A note on health
Journal notes share habits our guests find helpful. They are not a substitute for your doctor. If something worries you, please speak to your GP or HMO provider. Our retreats support rest and healthy habits. They are not medical treatment and no outcome is promised. Please tell us about any health condition before you arrive.
A weekend can change how a month feels.
