Therapies
Unhurried hands, warm stones, quiet rooms
Twelve treatments by therapists trained in Abuja, Accra and Nairobi. Book them as part of a retreat, add them to a day pass, or put a few in your basket and pay ahead.
Our touch
Pressure that listens
Every treatment begins with a short conversation: where you hold tension, what pressure you like, anything we should avoid. You can change your mind halfway through and nobody will mind.
Our oils are made with Nigerian shea butter, coconut, lemongrass and ginger from small producers in Kwara and Kaduna. Unscented options are always available.
- Female and male therapists
- Unscented oils on request
- Private changing rooms
- Warm towels, always
Before you book
A few gentle rules
- 1
Arrive 20 minutes early
Time for tea, a short form and the steam room if you like.
- 2
Tell us about your health
Pregnancy, blood pressure, recent surgery or skin conditions change what we do.
- 3
Phones on silent
The treatment rooms are a phone-free zone. Reception will take messages.
The hot stone massage is the best ninety minutes I have spent this year. Firm where I needed it and gentle everywhere else.
Questions guests ask
Can I choose a female therapist?
Yes, always. Say so when you book and we will make sure.
Can I have a massage when pregnant?
From the second trimester, with your doctor's go-ahead. We offer a side-lying massage designed for that stage.
Do you sell products?
We sell our shea body butter and teas at reception. We do not sell medicines.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancel up to 24 hours ahead for free. Later than that, half the price is kept as a credit.
