From order to tipping
The same process whether you order here, by phone or on WhatsApp.
We call you
Within an hour in office hours, to confirm materials, zone and truck size.
You pay
Bank transfer to our account, with the reference on the ticket. Account customers pay monthly.
We load and weigh
The truck crosses the weighbridge and the ticket with the weight and batch number comes to your phone.
Driver calls ahead
Ten minutes out, so someone is at the gate to show him where to tip.
Before the truck arrives
Can I change the date?
Yes, up to 18:00 the day before, by phone or WhatsApp.
What if it rains?
Dispatch calls you before loading if heavy rain is forecast. Soft ground and a loaded trailer do not mix.
Do you tip inside the compound?
If the gate and the ground allow. Drivers will not cross septic tanks, drains or fresh slabs.
Can I collect from the pit?
Yes, with your own truck. Bring the order reference and cross the weighbridge both ways.
