How we bake it

The recipe card

Buns are baked from an enriched dough with milk and a little butter, then brushed with egg wash for that shine. They are sliced almost through so vendors can fill them fast at the grill.

Ingredients

Wheat flour (fortified with vitamin A and iron), water, sugar, yeast, vegetable fat, salt, milk powder, enzyme based improver, calcium propionate to keep it fresh. Full nutrition panel printed on every bag. Contains wheat and milk.
