How we bake it
The recipe card
Agege dough is a heavy, well kneaded dough with a little extra sugar. We knead it twice as long as a sliced loaf and prove it slowly so it bakes up dense and pulls apart in long strands. No potassium bromate, ever.

FAQ
About agege loaf
Questions shoppers and distributors ask our trade desk most often.
Why is it so soft?
Long kneading builds a stretchy gluten and the slow prove adds moisture. That is the Agege character.
Does it contain bromate?
No. We have never used potassium bromate. Our improver is enzyme based and listed on the bag.
How should shops store it?
Off the floor, out of direct sun and away from the generator exhaust. A covered shelf keeps it five days.
