We work with most HMOs in the South East. Bring your HMO card and ID to every visit. For procedures, we request pre-authorisation and tell you in writing what your HMO covers and what, if anything, you pay.

Paying
Ways to pay
Bank transfer
Pay to the hospital account and send the receipt on WhatsApp. We confirm within the hour during clinic times.
POS and card
Every reception desk has a POS terminal. Cards are accepted on the ward and at the pharmacy.
Instalments
For planned surgery, pay a 40 percent deposit to book theatre, then two further payments before admission.

About costs
What is included in a surgery price?
Surgeon and anaesthetist fees, theatre time, a standard implant where needed, ward nursing, ward physiotherapy and medicines during your stay. Outpatient physiotherapy and tests are listed separately.
What if I need to stay longer?
Extra nights are charged at the room rate. If a longer stay is due to a complication, we discuss costs openly with you and your family.
Can you give an estimate without seeing me?
Only a rough one, like this page. A real estimate needs a consultation and usually an X-ray.
