What the steps mean
Reading your tracker
Duty paid, PAAR received
Customs has assessed the entry and the duty is in their account. The cargo can now be examined.
Examination
Officers open and check the goods against the papers. Our officer stands with them and sends you photos.
Free days
Terminals give a few free days after arrival. After that, storage is charged per day. The gauge shows how close you are.
Released and gated out
All charges are settled and the cargo has left the port on our truck.
Delivery order
The shipping line's permission to collect the container. We collect it once line charges are paid.
Delivered
Offloaded and signed for, with photos and the delivery note on WhatsApp.
Updates
Updates come to you
You do not need to keep checking. Your desk officer sends a WhatsApp message at every step, and a photo at examination and delivery. The tracker is there when you want the full picture.

Send your name and bill of lading number on WhatsApp and we will resend it.
Can my supplier see the tracker?
Yes, share the file number with anyone you trust.
How often is it updated?
Every time the desk officer completes a step, usually several times a day while your cargo is at the port.
