Fittings
How do I book a fitting?
Use the fittings page, the chat or WhatsApp. The deposit holds your slot and comes off your garment.
Can I reschedule?
Up to 24 hours before, from the link in your confirmation.
Do you do video fittings?
Yes, for clients outside Lagos, with at least one fitting in person before delivery.
Orders and payment
How do I pay?
By card, bank transfer or POS at the studio, all through Receivly. Couture is paid 50%, 30% and 20%.
Is there an installment option for bridal?
Bridal can be spread across up to five payments over the bridal calendar.
Do you issue receipts?
Every payment gets a receipt by email and a copy on your client file.
Delivery
How much is delivery in Lagos?
₦6,500 by our own rider, usually the next day.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, to the UK, US and Canada by courier from ₦65,000, duties paid by the receiver.
Can I collect?
Yes, from the studio Tuesday to Saturday.
Care and alterations
Are alterations free?
Free for a year on anything made here. Other garments from ₦15,000.
Do you store gowns after the wedding?
Yes, cleaned, boxed in acid-free tissue and stored for ₦8,000 a month.
