A Nigerian wedding is rarely one dress. We plan the white wedding, the traditional engagement and the after-party as one wardrobe, fitted together.
Start four to six months out.
Bridal gowns need three fittings, and lace takes time to cut and place by hand. Starting early also leaves room to dress your aso-ebi party without a rush.

The bridal calendar
- Six months beforeFirst bridal fitting
Bring photos, your colours and one trusted guest. We sketch and choose cloth together.
- Four months beforeToile fitting
The gown in calico. We set the neckline, waist and train length.
- Two months beforeLace and beading
Lace is cut motif by motif and placed by hand on the gown.
- Three weeks beforeFinal fitting with shoes
The last adjustments, a bustle lesson for your chief bridesmaid and a steam press plan.

For Lagos weddings a stylist can come to dress you, from ₦90,000.
Bridal questions
Can you dress my aso-ebi party?
Yes. We take measurements on one Saturday in the studio or at your home in Lagos, and fit each person once.
What if the wedding date moves?
Tell us as soon as you know. We hold the schedule for free if the new date is within six months.
Do you rent bridal gowns?
No. Every gown is made for its bride and kept by her.
Do you travel for weddings?
For weddings in Abuja, Enugu, Asaba or Port Harcourt we can send a dresser for the morning, travel at cost.
