How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer through Receivly when you check out. Account customers can also pay a balance on delivery by transfer.
Can I change an order?
Yes, until it leaves the depot. Message us in your account or on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No. The depot and trucks rest on Sundays.
What if a bag is short or damaged?
Tell the driver or message us within 24 hours with the batch code. We replace it on the next run.
Buying for a shop, restaurant or mill?
Open a trade account for standing orders, price breaks and one invoice a month.
