Ordering and delivery
How do I order?
On the produce page, through the chat assistant, on WhatsApp or by phone. Pay with Receivly by card or bank transfer.
Where do you deliver?
Onitsha, Nnewi, Asaba and Awka, or free pickup at the GRA depot. Example rates on the produce page.
How fast is delivery?
Same day in Onitsha for orders before 11am. Other cities on set days.
Can I pay on delivery?
Trade account customers can pay a balance by transfer on delivery. New customers pay at checkout.

Products and quality
Is your garri sand free?
Yes. It is sieved twice and roasted in trays, never on the ground.
How do you test quality?
Moisture and acidity every hour on the mill floor, and aflatoxin on every grain intake.
What is the batch code?
Day, line and shift. Send it to us with any question.

Farmers
How do I join the outgrower programme?
Apply on the outgrower page in January or February. An officer visits your plot.
Do you buy from non-outgrowers?
Yes, at the mill gate at the day’s buying price. Book a slot on Sell to us.
Do you sell seed and chicks?
Cassava stems, maize seed for outgrowers, day-old chicks and fingerlings for everyone.

Can I visit without a tour?
For safety, visitors come on a tour or by appointment.
What is in my account?
Orders, deliveries, balances, receipts, standing orders and messages with your sales officer.
Is my data safe?
We keep only what we need to serve you and never sell it.
