Location
Inside an operator’s search ring. We will tell you if it is.
Papers
A registered title, or a family consent letter we help you prepare.

A road a truck can use in the rainy season.

We visit
A land officer visits, measures and talks with the family.
We agree
A lease in plain English, read out in Edo or Pidgin if you prefer.
We pay
First year’s rent on signing, by transfer, every year after on the same date.
We stay good neighbours
Fenced, quiet, clean. A named officer you can call.

Questions landowners ask
Do I lose the land?
No. You keep ownership. We lease a small part of it for an agreed term, then hand it back cleared if the lease ends.
Is the rent fixed?
Rent rises by an agreed step every five years, written in the lease.
Is a tower safe to live near?
Our sites meet national exposure limits, and we share the measurement report with every landowner.
