Leasing
How long does colocation take?
About six weeks from survey to live, if the site has a free slot and the loading allows.
What is the minimum term?
Five years. Ten and fifteen year terms get 6% and 10% off rent.
How do we pay?
Monthly in naira, by bank transfer or card through Receivly. Transfers match to your invoice within minutes.
Is VAT included?
No. VAT at 7.5% is added to every invoice.
Part 2
Power and uptime
What happens when NEPA takes the light?
Sites switch to battery at once, and the generator starts if the battery runs low. You will not see a drop.
Who buys the diesel?
We do, on power packages. It is part of the monthly figure.
What is your restore target?
Four hours in Benin City and six on the corridors, for a full site outage.
Part 3
Sites and loading
What is tower loading?
The share of a tower’s wind and weight capacity in use. We keep every tower under 85% after a new tenant.
Can a full tower take more?
Sometimes, after a structural upgrade, which we quote separately.
Can we see drawings?
Yes, after a non-disclosure agreement.
Part 4
Land and community
Do you buy land?
No. We lease plots for 15 years or more and pay yearly in advance.
Are towers safe to live near?
They meet national exposure limits, and we share measurement reports with landowners and leaders.
Who do neighbours call?
The operations line, any time.
