Flying
Are your pilots licensed?
Yes. Every pilot is licensed, insured and trained in first aid, and flies with a written plan.
Do you need permission to fly?
Usually from the site owner, and in some places from the aviation authority. We check and arrange it before we book.
How high do you fly?
Surveys at 80 to 120 metres. Photo work from 20 to 120 metres, depending on the view and the rules.
Part 2
Surveys
How accurate are your maps?
About 3 centimetres with ground control points. Without control, a metre or more.
What files do we get?
GeoTIFF maps, DXF contours, 3D models and a PDF plan, plus an online viewer link.
Can a surveyor sign it?
Yes. We work with registered surveyors who check and sign plans when you need it.

Stills in 48 hours, films in five working days.
Do you film weddings?
Yes, with a quiet drone and agreed no fly areas.

Part 4
Money
How do we pay?
Half to book and half on delivery, by bank transfer or POS.
