A digital file at least two weeks before, or choose from our library and we handle the licence.
Guest numbers
A rough number when you enquire, the final list three days before.
Your timings
We open the doors an hour before and can stay open until 1am.
A 50 percent deposit
Paid with Receivly to hold the room, the rest seven days before the event.

Questions
Can we bring our own caterer?
For the Grand and whole venue hires, yes, with our kitchen team supervising. Velvet hires use our menu.
Can we show our own film?
Yes, if you hold the rights. Our projection team tests the file with you a week before.
Is there parking for guests?
Yes. For larger events we reserve a section of the car park and guide guests in.
