How booking works
Seats are held while you pay
Once you choose seats they are held for ten minutes, so nobody can take them while you finish.
Pay with Receivly or transfer
Card or bank transfer through Receivly takes a few seconds. No booking fee either way.
Tickets arrive on WhatsApp
Your QR code arrives on WhatsApp and email and sits in your account, ready offline at the door.
Snacks wait at the fast lane
Show your order number at the fast lane and walk straight in. In Velvet, food comes to your seat.

Card
Any Nigerian debit card through the Receivly checkout. You will see a one time code from your bank.
Bank transfer
Transfer to the account number shown at checkout. Tickets are confirmed the moment the money lands.
At the box office
Cash, card or POS at any of our three box offices, open from an hour before the first show.
Club points
Spend points on tickets in your account. 1,000 points takes ₦10,000 off.
Groups
Group bookings
Booking for a school, church group, office or a big family? For 20 to 100 seats in one show, call the Ring Road team or use the form on the contact page and we will hold a block of seats together for 48 hours while you collect money from the group.
Groups of 20 or more get ₦500 off every ticket on weekdays and a free popcorn for every tenth person. Schools get a teacher's seat free for every 15 pupils.

I did not get my ticket message
Check your account under My tickets. If it is not there, WhatsApp us with your phone number and we will find it in a minute.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, up to two hours before the show, back to your card or account within three working days, or as club credit straight away.
Do children need a ticket?
Everyone over two needs a ticket. Under twos sit on a lap for free, except in Velvet.
