Book a timed ticket
Choose a day, a time and your tickets, then pay by card or bank transfer. Your ticket arrives on screen and by email; show it at the door on your phone.

Closed on Mondays. Thursdays are free after 4pm, so no booking is needed then.

What your ticket includes
The whole collection
Every general ticket covers the eleven collection galleries over two floors, including the Ruby Room, the Ibadan rooms and the print room. Stay as long as you like on the day.
Free highlight tours
Forty minute tours start at the front desk at 11am and 3pm. No booking, just arrive five minutes early. Sunday tours start at 1pm and 3pm.
Re-entry on the day
Leave for lunch on Ring Road and come back. Your ticket works until closing. Show it at the door again and the scanner remembers you.

Changes and refunds
Change your time or day for free up to two hours before your slot, from your visits page or by WhatsApp. If we close for any reason, we refund in full to the card or account you paid from within three working days.
Missed your slot? Come anyway: we will let you in at the next time with space. Tickets are not refundable once used, but memberships can be paused if you travel.
Ticket questions
Do children need a ticket?
Children under 12 are free but please add them, so we count places correctly in timed rooms.
Can I pay at the door?
Yes, by card, POS or transfer, when there is space. Weekends often sell out by noon, so booking is safer.
Is my ticket on paper?
No paper needed. Show the code on your phone. We can print it at the desk if your battery is low.
Do members book?
Members can walk in, but should book a free timed slot for Indigo on weekends.
