Tickets and prices
How much is entry?
₦5,000 for adults, ₦2,000 for students, ₦2,500 over 65, under 12s free. Example rates.
Is it ever free?
Every Thursday from 4pm to 8pm, and on the end of year family day.
Can I pay by transfer?
Yes, online through Receivly or at the desk.
Your visit
How long should I allow?
Two hours for the collection, forty minutes more for Indigo.
Is there a dress code?
No. Bags larger than A4 go in the free cloakroom.
Can I bring children?
Yes. Family trails and a drawing table are free.
Access
Is every room step free?
Yes, with a lift to the first floor and wheelchairs to borrow.
Is there a quiet time?
The first Saturday of each month, 10am to 11am.
Are there large print guides?
Yes, at the entrance of every room.
Bookings and the account
Where are my tickets?
On your visits page, and in the email we sent. Show the code at the door.
How do I change a booking?
From your visits page or by WhatsApp, up to two hours before.
Can I get a receipt?
Every payment has a receipt you can download from your visits page.
