Two hours
All of the ground floor in order, lunch, then Indigo and New work upstairs. Sit in the quiet room before you leave.
With children
Pick up a family trail at the desk, start in the Ibadan rooms where the market painting is, and finish at the drawing table in the Learning Room.
The building
The main stair was built in 1954 for the print works.
The Regent sits in the old Agodi print works, where a regional newspaper was printed from 1954 to 1983. The Ruby Room was the press hall; the composing room upstairs still has its long windows facing north for even light.
The 2019 extension added the lift, the Learning Room and a solar roof that runs the climate control in the cloth rooms.
