Process
From raw material to truck
- Goods in
Every raw material is quarantined
Nothing enters production until the lab signs off its certificate and our own check.
- Weighing
Weighed in a clean room
Recipes are locked in the system so a batch cannot be weighed wrong.
- Mixing
Mixed and milled
Pigments are milled to an even grind for smooth colour.
- Filling
Filled, capped and coded
Every unit carries a batch code and a date.
- Release
Held until the lab releases it
Micro, stability and shade checks before any batch leaves.

Help
Questions we hear most
Can I visit the factory?
Trade partners can book a tour on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Customers can see Line 1 through the studio window.
What happens in a power cut?
Solar and gas take over in under a second, so batches are never spoiled by an outage.
