Claims
A claim is where a broker earns its keep.
Tell us what happened and a named claims handler takes it from there: forms, photos, loss adjusters and chasing the insurer until you are paid.

The process
Four steps from first call to payment.
- 1
Tell us what happened

- 2
Send photos and papers
Photos of the damage, a police report if needed, receipts or medical bills. Upload from your phone.
- 3
Assessment
The insurer's loss adjuster inspects, often within three working days in Lagos and Abuja. We attend with you.
