Our medical representatives visit pharmacies in Delta, Edo, Anambra and Lagos every month: new products, shelf checks, expiry swaps and samples of leaflets in four languages.

Questions

Can a pharmacy technician open an account?

The account must be in the name of the premises, with the superintendent pharmacist named. Technicians can place orders on it.

Do you accept returns?

Unopened cartons within six months of expiry can be swapped through a rep visit.

Can I get posters for my shop?

Yes, free with any order, in English and Pidgin.

Who answers the medical line?

A registered pharmacist on the Halcrest medical team.
