Today
Your deposit receipt arrives, and the booking goes straight to the team's COVORN dashboard.
Within one working day
A voyage host calls to confirm passports, dining times and any celebrations.
60 days before
The balance is due. Pay it in My voyages, at once or in monthly parts.
Two weeks before
Boarding passes and luggage tags appear in My voyages, with your pickup time.
Paying
Card, transfer or at the salon
We take cards, bank transfer and POS at the Abuja salon, all through Receivly. No cash needed.
Is my deposit refundable?
If you cancel more than 90 days before sailing, we refund everything except ₦150,000 per guest. From 90 to 60 days we keep the deposit.
Can I change my date?
Yes, once for free up to 90 days before sailing, to any date in the same season.
Can someone else pay the balance?
Yes. Send them the payment link from My voyages; it shows your booking reference and the amount only.
