Shopping for someone who cannot come in

Twelve stores offer click and collect. Add items to your bag on any store page, pay through Receivly and a member of the team will have them ready at Guest Services within two hours.

Collection is free and we keep orders for three days. Send a driver or a family member with the order code and we hand it over at the desk.

Questions people ask

Are all stores open on Sunday?

Yes, from 12 noon to 8pm. A handful of stores open at 1pm on the first Sunday of the month for stocktaking; their store page says so.

Can I pay by transfer in every store?

Yes. Every unit takes cards, bank transfer and POS. The food hall and Crown Screens also take the Crown Mall gift card.

How do I find a store quickly when I arrive?

Use the 3D finder on the home page or the directory screens beside each escalator. The Vablus assistant on this site and the AI line will also tell you the quickest route.

A store I like is not listed. Can you tell them about Crown Mall?
