Room 1

What are the opening hours?

Monday to Saturday 9am to 9pm, Sunday 12 noon to 8pm. The food hall and Crown Screens stay open later.

Is parking free?

The first two hours are free, then ₦500 an hour with a ₦2,500 daily cap.

Is there a shuttle?

Yes, free, every 20 minutes from Ogbete Market and Holy Ghost junction.

How does click and collect work?

Add items on a store page, pay with Receivly and collect at Guest Services within two hours.

Can I return items bought online?

Each store's own returns policy applies, usually 14 days unworn or unused.

Do stores take transfer?

Yes, every store takes cards, transfer and POS.

Cinema and play

Room 3

Can I choose my seats?

Yes, on the cinema page, in the chat or at the box office.

What ages can use Crown Play?

Ages 1 to 12, with an adult staying for under fours.

How do I book a party?

Use the party wizard on the Crown Play page or ask the Vablus assistant.

Payments and account

What is Receivly?

The secure payment step on this site. Pay by card or bank transfer and get a receipt at once.

Where are my receipts?

In your account, where each one can be opened and downloaded.

Can I pay a party balance online?

Yes, from your account dashboard.

Anything the assistant cannot answer goes to a person on the team.
