Indicative fee
Each service usually costs 2 to 5 per cent of construction value, so two or three services together add up. Your written proposal fixes the fee.

Soft ground near the lagoon often needs piles. A good soil report early saves redesign later.

Why a percentage?
It is the common way to price engineering, and it scales with the work. For small jobs we use fixed fees, shown as minimums on the services page.
Do you charge for the proposal?
No. The first meeting, site visit in Lagos or Abuja and written proposal are free.
