What happens next
- Today Receipt and sample ID by email and WhatsApp.
- Collection day Our technician arrives with sterile bottles, or your bottles wait at the lab.
- At the lab Your sample is logged, photographed and tested.
- Report day Plain-language report, then a call to explain it.
Can I change the collection day?
Yes, free, up to the evening before. Reply to the confirmation message.
Is there a refund if you cannot collect?
If we miss a slot, we refund the collection fee in full and rebook at no charge.
Do I need to be home?
Someone must open the gate and show us the tap or borehole head. It takes about 20 minutes.
