How long do results take?
Three to ten working days depending on the panel.
Can I take my own sample?
Yes, with our sterile bottles and instructions.
Do you test sachet water?
Yes, as part of the industrial panel or as a single product test.
Do I always need treatment?
No. Many tests show water that only needs a clean tank or nothing at all.
Do you sell systems without a test?
No. Every design starts from a recent test.
What warranty do systems have?
One year on parts and workmanship, two years on media vessels.
How do I pay?
Online through Receivly by card or bank transfer, or by transfer at the lab.
Do you give receipts?
Every payment gets an instant receipt by email and WhatsApp.
Will your test tell me if I am ill from my water?
No. It describes the water. For health concerns, please see a doctor.
Is boiling enough?
Boiling kills germs but does not remove iron, salts or nitrate.
