How to read the guide
ABV, IBU and what they mean
ABV is the share of alcohol by volume: Bloom Zero is 0.0 percent, our strongest beer is 6.0 percent. IBU measures bitterness: 12 is soft, 40 is firm. Neither number tells you if you will like it, which is why we pour 150ml tasting glasses.

Questions
About our beers
Do you serve beer to under 18s?
No. The taproom is for adults aged 18 and over and we may ask for ID. Our alcohol-free drinks are also served only inside the adults-only taproom.
Is Bloom Zero really alcohol-free?
Yes, it measures 0.0 percent. It is brewed like a lager, then the alcohol is removed gently so the flavour stays.
Are your beers gluten-free?
No. Sorghum is gluten-free but we also use barley. Our house sodas and kunu aya contain no gluten.
Can I taste before I choose?
Yes. Every beer comes in a 150ml tasting glass, and the bar will happily pour a small sample.
