How it is made
Roasted aya, cocoa and a long rest
We roast tiger nuts in small batches until they smell like toffee, then add them to the mash with dark malt. Cocoa nibs from Ondo go into the tank for the last week.
Tiger Nut Porter rests the longest of all our beers, 35 days. It is rich but not heavy, with coffee, cocoa and that gentle nutty sweetness of aya.
