Bloom Zero
Nineteen test batches to get it right
Most alcohol-free beer tastes thin. Ese brewed 19 test batches before Bloom Zero tasted of malt and lime rather than water. It is brewed as a full lager, then the alcohol is removed gently at low heat so the flavour stays.
It is 0.0 percent, has 18 IBU of soft bitterness and pairs with everything the kitchen makes.

About alcohol-free
Can under 18s come for the alcohol-free drinks?
The taproom is adults only, 18 and over, whatever you order. Alcohol-free cans and sodas can be delivered in Kaduna for families.
Is there sugar in the sodas?
A little. Zobo Fizz and Ginger Bloom have about half the sugar of a typical soft drink. Ask for them unsweetened.
Do you have halal options?
All our alcohol-free drinks contain no alcohol at all. Our kitchen does not serve pork.
