Card

Bank transfer
Transfer to a one-time account number from Receivly. Tickets issue as soon as it lands, usually in seconds.
Box office
Card, transfer or POS at the box office, 10am to 8pm daily.
Deposits for tables
Hold a table or box with 30 percent and pay the balance from your account.

Changes of plan
Pass it to a friend
From your account, up to 2 hours before doors. Their name and number go on the ticket.
Show cancelled
Full refund, including fees, to the card or account you paid from within 5 working days.
Show moved
Your ticket moves to the new date. If the new date does not work, ask for a full refund within 14 days.
Cannot come
We cannot refund a ticket because you cannot come, but you can pass it on for free.
Ticket questions
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show the QR code on your phone. A screenshot works if your data is low at the gate.
Is there a limit per order?
Ten tickets per order online. For more, use the group booking form on the contact page.
Why is there a service fee?
It covers payment costs, the QR ticket system and the WhatsApp delivery. It is ₦500 per ticket and is never hidden.
Can I pay in instalments?
For tables and boxes, yes: 30 percent deposit and the rest by 48 hours before doors.
