What a receipt looks like
Every payment through Receivly gives you a receipt with a reference number, the amount, the method and the date. You can open it from your account at any time, print it or save it as a PDF for your records or your company.

I cannot find my tickets
Sign in with the email you used to buy. Tickets bought in the chat or on the AI line are linked to your phone number too.
Can I pass a ticket to a friend?
Yes, up to 2 hours before doors. Their name and number go on the ticket.
How do I get a receipt?
Open Receipts and choose Receipt. You can print it or save it as a PDF.
